No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant performs under the most brutal race conditions. The cutting-edge molecules fill the bigger holes and tears, whilst the advanced latex forms a strong seal instantly. Our formula also contains a unique UV detection system that highlights any punctures you haven’t seen during your ride.

Developed with the world's top downhillers and pro peloton teams, to give you the finest tyre sealant available. It's non-corrosive and easily washes off with water.

Compatible with tubeless ready and full UST wheels/tyres, No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant works from 15psi-80 psi and temperatures from -20°C to +50°C.

Our pouch is designed to fit your Presta valve perfectly and is ideal to add to your toolkit or ride pack for emergency top-ups on the go!

How do I clean sealant off my kit?

Unfortunately, it seems that all tyre sealants can stain! If No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant sprays on your kit out on the trail, try to rinse the affected area straight away with clean water from your bottle and then wipe off as soon as possible with a damp cloth. Key Tip! Try not to let the sealant dry before you can wash your kit properly at home!!

We would then advise rinsing again with clean water as soon as you’re home, now use a pre-wash product (check fabric is compatible first!) before cleaning your kit in the washing machine with a good laundry detergent. Alternatively, you can hand wash with a good liquid cleaner as quickly as possible. (always follow manufacturers washing instructions).

HOW MUCH SEALANT DO I NEED?

This will depend on the size of your tyres. On the back of our pouches and boxes there’s a handy guide with fill lines marked for each tyre size.

  • MTB 26” & 27”: 60 to 75MLper tyre(4 to 5 scoops)
  • Cross 700CC: 60 to 75MLper tyre(4 to 5 scoops)
  • MTB 29”: 105 to 140MLper tyre (7 scoops or whole pouch)
  • Downhill: 120 to 140MLper tyre (8 scoops or whole pouch)

WHAT TEMPERATURES WILL NO PUNCTURE HASSLE WORK BETWEEN?

No Puncture Hassle works between a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C.

CAN NO PUNCTURE HASSLE BE MIXED WITH OTHER SEALANTS?

No we always recommend washing out any sealant used previously before installing No Puncture Hassle for the best sealing performance and longevity.

CAN I USE NO PUNCTURE HASSLE ON NON-TUBELESS TYRES

No, we recommend usingInner Tube Sealantinstead for non-tubeless setups.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO REPLACE NO PUNCTURE HASSLE TUBELESS SEALANT?

No Puncture Hassle has been designed to be left inside the tyre, for the life of the tyre. If and when it does eventually dry out (up to 6 months in temperate climates) you simply have to top up and keep riding. The sealant forms a thin even layer inside the tyre and doesn’t ball up so you don’t need to clean it out, however the water soluble formula does wash off with just water.

As long as you store the sealant in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight with the cap tightened our sealant will not expire. We always recommend giving the pouch or bottle a good shake before each use.
